How quickly do you respond to messages?
We aim to reply to all messages within one business day. Phone is always the fastest route. Our UK team is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, on 0800 118 2137.
I'm already a customer. How do I get support?

Can I book a demo before I sign up?
Yes. Send us a message using the form above or call the number and we will arrange a walkthrough of the platform at a time that suits you. No pressure, no commitment.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
There are no contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for the following billing period. Please see our Terms for the full details.
Do you offer onboarding or setup help?
Yes. We will help you get everything configured and your team up and running smoothly. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding as standard. For Solo and Team plans, reach out and we will assist.
