1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Total Tradesmen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply between you and Innowave Systems Ltd.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Total Tradesmen is offered on a subscription basis. A 30 day free trial is available for new accounts: no credit card required. You will not be charged automatically when your trial ends. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the platform

6. Your data

Your business data including customers, jobs and invoices remains your property at all times. We do not claim any rights over your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innowave Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
