1. Agreement To Terms
By accessing or using Total Tradesmen, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy where applicable to the website.
These Terms apply between you and Innowave Systems Ltd.
2. Service Description
Total Tradesmen is a cloud-based job management platform designed for trade businesses to manage jobs, customers, quotes, invoices, and communications.
We provide the software as a service (“SaaS”).
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- all activity under your account
- ensuring authorised use within your business
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Subscription, Trial & Payment
Total Tradesmen is offered on a subscription basis.
A 30 day free trial (no card required) may be available for new users depending on plan eligibility.
After the trial ends, you may choose to subscribe. If no payment is made, access may be restricted.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the platform for unlawful purposes
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
- upload malicious code or harmful content
- reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform
- interfere with system integrity or other users
7. Your Data
Your business data (including customers, jobs, quotes, and invoices) remains your property.
We do not sell your data.
We process and store your data solely to provide the service and may perform backups for security and recovery purposes.
8. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The platform may be affected by:
- maintenance
- updates
- technical issues
- third party providers (including hosting, payment, SMS, and email services)
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
9. Third Party Services
We rely on third party providers including:
- Stripe (payments)
- Microsoft Azure (hosting)
- Twilio (SMS services)
- SendGrid (email delivery)
- Xero (optional integrations)
We are not responsible for downtime or failures caused by third party services.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and systems within Total Tradesmen remain the property of Innowave Systems Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non exclusive licence to use the platform while your subscription is active.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
